早泄阳痿专题研讨中心

　　早泄阳痿专题研讨中心（Premature Ejaculation Impotence Symposium Center）经卫生部批准于2004年8月13日在民政部注册成立，社会团体登记证号为：社证字第78316号。

　　早泄阳痿专题研讨中心是党领导下的男性康复科学工作者的学术性群众团体，专注于早泄治疗及阳痿治疗的研究工作。

学会宗旨：

　　团结全国男性康复科学工作者（包括医学界、心理学界、教育学界、社会学界、法学界及民政、公安、工、青、妇等各界）借鉴国外优秀成果，发掘祖国男性康复学遗产，研究发展男性康复科学，促进男性康复科学的普及、提高人民健康水平和生活质量，增进婚姻家庭幸福的社会安定团结，为繁荣社会主义科学文化，加强社会主义精神文明建设做出贡献。

　　本会的总任务：通过男性康复科学探索，研究范围有男性康复医学、男性康复中医学、男性康复社会学、男性康复心理学、男性康复教育学、男性康复法学、男性康复药学等。

具体任务：

　　举办男性康复学术交流活动，组织重要学术课题的研讨；接受委托进行男性康复科技项目论证和科技成果鉴定，推广科学技术成果，为政府部门决策提供学术依据；举办男性康复各种专业培训班，为我国培养男性康复科学人才；普及男性康复科学知识及教育，进行科技开发，提供男性康复科学技术咨询和技术服务，不断创造条件，有计划、有步骤地组织编辑出版有关男性康复的普及性和学术性的期刊、书籍及资料；发现、推荐、奖励优秀学术成果、学术论文和男性康复学科普作品；开展国际男性康复学术交流活动，加强同国外男性康复学术团体和男性康复工作者的联系。为男性康复、防治疾病，实现全社会的男性康复健康而奋斗。

个人会员：

　　凡拥护社会主义、有良好的道德，从事男性康复有关专业的教学、科研、临床及社会工作四年以上者；具有硕士学位并从事男性康复有关专业者；已编写出版男性康复书籍，或在一级杂志发表过男性康复学论文的专业人员。外籍的著名男性康复学家、热心本会工作的有关人士，经本会专业委员会推荐，理事长会议批准，可接收为本会名誉会员。

Objects of the Institute:

　　The Council's overall mission: to explore science through the male patients, the study a male rehabilitation medicine, rehabilitation medicine men, male rehabilitation sociology, psychology, male patients, male rehabilitation education, male rehabilitation law, medicine and other male patients.

Specific tasks:

　　Academic exchange activities organized by male patients, organizations discuss important academic issues; to accept male rehabilitation projects commissioned by demonstration and technology achievement appraisal, promotion of scientific and technological achievements, for government departments to provide academic basis for decision-making; male patients with various professional training courses organized for Cultivating male rehabilitation science professionals; universal male rehabilitation science and education, science and technology development to provide men and Rehabilitation Science and Technology Advisory and technical services, continue to create conditions in a planned, step by step, editing and publishing organizations, the popularity of the male patients and academic of journals, books and materials; find, recommend, reward outstanding academic achievement, academic papers and popular science works of male patients; in international academic exchange activities, male rehabilitation, rehabilitation to strengthen the academic community with foreign men, and men's ties rehabilitation workers. Individual Member:

　　Who support socialism, with good morals, in male rehabilitation professional teaching, research, clinical and social work for more than four years; with a master's degree and relevant professional who engage in male patients; has written books published in male patients, or in a grade science journal published papers male rehabilitation professionals. Rehabilitation of the famous men and foreign scientists, the work of the enthusiasm of the people recommended by the Professional Committee of this Council, chairman of Council's approval, can be oriented to receive honorary membership.
